Why Do The Forums Have Pale Blue & Gray Text ... When Black Text Is Better ?

It really sucks because all the other changes are very nice, some I have yet to explore but look interesting,but it is just these damn colors...Guess I will just continue to wear my sun glasses.

The uproar over the blinding background, and non-bold font, and pale blue type seems to have subsided ?

Either that or alot more forum readers are now wearing sunglasses ?

I was wondering if any other people are still having problems reading the forum ?

I have adjusted my colors using Firefox, Color That Site, and No Squint.

Also have adjusted my windows colors, and monitor color scheme adjustments.

Anyone needing help can PM me for details on how to do this.

I'll add my point of view, to my eyes, the jet black on pure white is jarring to my 60+ eyes, I welcome the new look, it makes it easier to read.
But as has been said before, not everyone is the same, and what suits one will not suit another.

If anyone new is still having problems with the blinding Forum Colors ... feel free to PM me.

The first thing I do every day is to set my colors, and zoom to my own setting ... then my GF yells at me: "How come everything is all gray, and BIG Bold Black print" ?

I am very disappointed with the colours used since the forums were changed. I will be 80 in just a few months time, and I never had any difficulty with the old forums, but I have to strain my eyes when attempting to read them now!

You can correct the colors and font ... and make things less hard on the eyes ... that's why I bumped the thread again.
