Who is the creator of the NW2 mesh?

Hi, I was just wondering who was the original creator of the NW2 for trainz. The reason that I am asking is because I am reskining it, and need to find the owner so that I can get permission to release it.

Nope, it just gives the name of the reskinner. I guess that I will PM him asking.

trw1089 created the original Conrail NW2. It's mapped weird though. I've tried to skin it into Southern in the past. Wouldn't work.
