Where is Nolans?

While visiting the Smiths Falls Railway Museum in Ontario, Canada, I noticed this small building at the end of the platform.

I Googled the name but could not find any reference to it in connection with the Canadian Northern Railway. Anyone know where it was originally located? What would it have been used for?
