Where is my Ambulance?

I have a city scene with an apartment on fire. Looks great! I have firetrucks with flashing lights, and thought an ambulance on scene would be great too, so I searched DLS and found a bunch and downloaded them. In particular, kuid:524343:66687, named car 37 Usa - Ambulance. It shows a semaphore icon to the left in CM.
When I went back to sureyvor, I looked for the it, and can't find it, although DM shows it installed on my laptop with no errors or faults.
So the question of the day, How can I find this in surveyor?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is it a single car or a spline of several? Check both to see which it is

Also check asset number as I think you have added an extra digit at the very end

The semaphore icon means its a trackside item. You may need to use invisible track.

Just downloaded it and found it under tracks - add object

I should have known that it was a trackside item by the semaphore, just had a brain fart thinking it wouldn't be there, duh! That's where I found it! Many thanks.
