Forgive me if I missed something, but wasn't there a website called "Trainz Britannia?" It had a bunch of high quality payware British steam available.

Hi the site has now closed down however you may be able to contact him and get some locos
Have a look at this thread as you get towards the last few pages (Page10) you will see where he closed the site down
