Where do I put HOG files?

I just downloaded one of fishlipsatwork's terrain files and, separately, the Hog textures. My question is, what do I do with the Hog textures and/or where do I put them? I'm also curious as to what Hog stands for?

Once you have used the "import content" command from CMP on them you can store them in any convenient file as a back-up.

HOG = Hand Of God
