where can I get trs2006 new?

does anyone know where i can buy trainz railroad simulator 2006 new? i have looked everywhere and i even ordered it from amazon but it didnt work.

why dose the one you got don't work? Can you register it, or has it been registered already? For a new one there might at Auran store check there web site.
Let us know what keeping you from using the one you got and someone here may be able to help.

well when i try to install the CD my computer tells me it cannot find an installation program. this makes me think the disk may be faulty. Also, when I checked the Auran store i found TRS2009 and 2010 but i couldn't find 2006 on there

Have you tried your DVD in another computer to verify it's the the drive, and perhaps not the disc? I've had problems with drives doing that where it'll only read certain discs, and give me errors on another.

The drives are cheap and easy to replace too. I got a brand new SATA Sony, since my computer uses the SATA interface only, for $29.95 on NewEgg www.newegg.com

The only version now for sale are TS2009 and TS2010. TRS2006 is no obsolete, and is no longer for sale.

Snowbord you might try PI Engineering in Williamston Michigan at 517-655-5523. When i first got started into trainz they sold me 04 when i ordered there Raildriver Desktop Controller.

I have 1 disk and i tried installing other games and they install just fine so i know its not the drive. Also its a CD/DVD drive.

Trainz Railwayz is a good deal. It comes with 06 with SP1 AND TC1&2. Seeing as support for 06 will end in September it might be worth it. TC1&2 will be supported for another year.

Also, the TC series runs better than 06. All you need to do is copy the 06 ja files into it. That's why they sold it as a package like that.

Just a thought.
