Wheelsound not playing

I set a string of eight JRPX ACF Centerflow 4 Bay round hatch, <kuid2:45324:300007:3> in the Kickstarter 2 route and I noticed that no wheelsound is played, even though the bogey (S-2 Truck 100 ton 263,000 lbs 6.5in × 12in 36in wheels, <kuid2:45324:50203:9>) has a properly cofigured wheelsound (Generic Wheelsound, <kuid2:37581:1221:5>).

Any ideas about the reason for this strange behavior?
