What Video Card?

I'd like to get better performance from my PC for TC3. The CPU is a AMD Sempron 2600, 1.8Ghz. I've maxed out the RAM at 3gb, so I suppose next is the video card (currently an ATI Radeon 9200 with 128Mb). I'm restricted in choice by the motherboard's 8xAGP video slot. I've seen a Visiontek HD2400 Pro 8xAGP w/512Mb for $99.00. Would that give me better frame rates? At the moment I don't get more than about 5fps in a busy area, with the performance sliders set quite low. Or if anyone can suggest a better video card (must be AGP) I'd be grateful.

ATI 3850 is the best you can do with your AGP slot.

Thanks, but the 3850 is too expensive. I found the other one for twenty bucks so I grabbed it and I'll see how it works.

EDIT...........I struck lucky on this one. The new twenty dollar video card (Radeon X1050 256Mb) is a big improvement.
