What is the latest build number for 2012?

I just downloaded 2012 to my computer and I like it a lot so far. I'm having some problems trying to load some of my assetts from previous trainz .
But I'm sure it's my fault untill everything gets set up correctly. Been there before
I just noticed that a patch was on the forum to upgrade to build 48249 from build 46957 the one I have.
I downloaded the patch, and my computer warned me not to install it.
My question is, Should I or should I not use this patch upgrade?
I can't believe that I did not get the latest edition of trainz 2012 that I have only two days.

I thought there was a patch that went from your build to 49922 directly?

Oh here we go again! I would think that I would have the UP TO DATE version seeing it's Only 2 DAYS OLD.
Well I can't lose anything because I haven't loaded anything in yet

Ok went to the link shown by oknotsen and the instructions were followed and now I'm the proud owner of build 49922
That was so easy it was fun.
