What is "Skin Changer?"

I just downloaded some gorgeous boxcars from RRMods. The description is as follows.

"Equipped with Auto Running Numbers, Skin Changer with three different skins, animated couplers,animated hoses, and animated doors. Has custom coupler sounds and brake squeal."

I have been unable to find anything about "Skin Changer," probably due to my own inability to craft a good search. What, exactly, does it do and how does one do it. There must be something out there about it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

A skin changer is part of a script in a piece of rolling stock that randomly changes the skin on the model (almost) every time it is placed. If you enter the properties menu for the item that has it you can change it.
 
Jointed Rail calls it Gecko Script and ElDavo's version that I use on the McHawkman stuff I've done is Chameleon script. Those will be a little easier to search for if you want to use it on stuff.
