What happened to "World of Trainz"

Does anyone know the status of the website and folks at "World of Trainz"? I was able to purchase two locomotive two days ago, but so far have not received the install email. Their forums are down, and their email address can not be found when I try to contact them. It is odd that the website can sell and process payments but not deliver product. I'm feeling a bit scammed. Are they still in business? Any clues anyone?
 
What am I missing?

I still get the folloowing message when I try to enter their FORUM ... "Sorry, the board is unavailable ...", which is hte message I've gotten for the past few days. I can get into the STORE, but again that's the rub. I can buy, but not get. :(

The full message is "Sorry, the board is unavailable at the moment due to the level of spam being perpetrated on this site. As some of the spam contains porn and this is a family site I cannot justify keeping the forum open until the problem is rectified. If you need to contact World of Trainz then please do so via the PM system at the official Auran Trainz forum..
We will be back soon..."

I didn't post the entire message to save space, but that is what I'm getting. The "Contact us" link got me the same message, as does almost every other llink I try on thier website. Somewhere I found the email address questions@worldoftrainz.com which repeatedly results in an undeliverable error message from my email provider. Are you aware of any other email addresses I can try?
 
His site says to look him up here (Auran). PM him. I acutally came here this moring to do the same thing. I bought 5 locos a while back but can't get them to install on my new computer.
 
I figured that's what PM meant, but so far I haven't been able to find Phil Campbell as a member so that I can query him directly. Any clues as to how I can find him? As you quessed, I am new to Trainz. In spite of a few bumps along hte way, I'm enjoying it immensely.
 
I just received my locomotive from Phil in my email today.

Well, I sent him an email and PM, not sure if that helped. I bought it about a day ago.

I have a problem, he has this stupid security patch that prevents the locomotives from being run if it's not installed. There's no option to install the files to 2010. How do I install the locomotive to 2010 if it only goes up to 2009 in the install menu? I can install to 2004, but can I import the security files over to 2010 so that the loco will work?

Just a thought ... I ran into severe performance problems with 2010. I solved the problem very inexpensivley by going back to (buying) 2009. So far I haven't noticed much difference in features.
