What does this CM3.6"committing" error mean

I get this sort of message in the error screen in CM3.6 quite often:

Message: TADInternalCopyAsset> unable to move files 'f:\ts12/UserData/local\hash-4b\copytempsrcplxyrcpy45201' to dest path 'f:\ts12/UserData/local\hash-4b\kuid 354694 18952883'
Error: Failed to commit changes to asset <kuid:354694:18952883> due to file access error

Is there anything I need to do to correct anything?

It's basically saying that it's unable to move/rename the folder. This may be due to not running as administrator if using Windows Vista,7,or 8.

I've gotten that on occasion and ended up doing a Quick Database Repair. Sometimes things get unexplainably goofy and that seems to fix the problem.

Shane-correct as usual!- I had forgotten to set up the run as administrator routine after changing my win7 setup to 64bit and re-installing TRS etc.
