What do i do with these files?

Hey guys, due to some patch trouble i have uninstalled trainz 09,
but kept some files like editing, and local... what do i do with them?

You can delete the edit folder. The local folder holds all the kuids that you have downloaded. After you re-install TS2009 you should use CM2 to import it back into your Trainz setup and let CM2 rebuild your assets.tdx. That may take a little while
