Western Canadian DEM and Road Data

Hi,

I was wondering where I could find some DEM (and possibly some road/rail/river) data on Western Canada (South/Central BC to be specific)?

There are a few routes I wanted to model such as SRY/MRL's route between New Westminster and Abbotsford, or Kelowna Pacifics route between Kamloops, and Kelowna.

Also I was curious if there are any tutorials on importing DEM data into Trainz.
