Wenatchee, WA smelter? Any guesses?

This is an industry east of Wenatchee, WA, USA just across the Wenatchee River from Rock Island, WA. I can't tell what it is, but if I had to make a guess I would say it is an aluminum smelter.
Does anyone live in that area or has visited that might know for sure what it is?

I'm using "fishlipsatwork's", Wenatchee Rock, terrain only route. kuid2:59012:102856:1
fishlips and smooz have created some really great terrain only routes, mostly in the US. These routes take a lot of the hassle out of having to create landscape by guessing. They are not perfect, but amazingly accurate. Then use google earth or wikimapia for a birds eye view of what you are building and it becomes quite easy to create a reasonable duplicate of the real thing in Trainz.
