Just reading though the Q&A on the Trainz Life-Cycle policy.
http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php5/Trainz_Life-Cycle_Policy
in it it says & I quote "Q: I recently bought a copy of an unsupported product. Will you give support? A: No. We will not sell products which are nearing the end-of-support date. It may be possible to purchase such a product from a third party through a bargain-bin outlet or similar, however we can not offer support for these products. We expect that the product will continue to operate as normal, and hope that you enjoy your experience with the product will be sufficiently enjoyable that you'll decide to upgrade to one of our supported products."
Yet go to the main Auran shop and low and behold you can by products which are nearing the end-of-support.
Does anyone know why????
Auran are going to remove these products or just leave them untill you've sold you stock?
If it's latter do you not think you should update the Trainz Life-Cycle Policy?
Also as your ending support for these for products do you not think you should inform people about this on the info page so someone knows before they buy?
It does not look good me.
Cheers Rusty
