As far as I know, the BLI locos that have DCC fitted (they do have some locos with only sound - aka their 'BlueLine' series) are NMRA compatible. I know they work on NCE, and Digitrax, and likely most others as well. If you are unsure, try contacting BLI Or see if someone in your local area has a BLI loco so you can test it on your layout
umm...O.K., but the BLI company says that their Paragon2 series is equipped with DCC. Does this mean that they work with ALL DCC syatems??? Yes or no???
The second quote is the most important. They will be the most likely to say yes/no... They will also be able to say yes/no as to if they are NMRA compatible/compliant (NMRA is the group that basically sets the standards for model railways, including DCC, in the US and which is used in many other countries for a standard - such as in Aus). If it is, then it will work on any NMRA compatible/compliant DCC system (if a system isn't shown as NMRA compatible/compliant, then you may see issues).
