Warnings for builtin asset "Loco Coupler Front Plow"

I just noticed the following errors for the abovementioned asset, of kuid2:45324:85306:1 by NS37.

Warning: The file '\cplr.lm' is provided in LM format despite having no attachment points and no animation support. This may have a negative impact on performance.
Error: The tag 'script' in container 'mesh' is empty.

There were also build number and thumbnail warnings but I fixed those with simple steps. Can anyone advice on how to fix the other two, or how they came about in the first place?

Trainz 12 build 49922. This is a clean install for testing purposes.
