[WARNING: Very large pic!] Swan Ranch Railroad at Cheyenne, WY

Hello,

I am collecting information about the Swan Ranch Railroad, which serves the industries located at the Swan Ranch Industrial Park just southwest of Cheyenne. I have a very sketchy map I found in the August 2012 issue of Trains, showing a wye connecting the railroad to the BNSF line south and two connections with the UP line to Denver.

Bing maps, shows the site at a very initial stage, with earthworks in progress but no track laid.

Google map (see the image below), on the other hand, has more recent images, with one leg of the wye to the BNSF line, a three-track "yard", an active industrial spur and another inactive spur on a vacant lot. The line ends in a tail track,, which I suppose is intended to continue and join with the UP line.

Can someone indicate me where I can find some more information about the trackage of this industrial railroad, or some other, more updated aerial pictures? I found some pictures of a leased GP30 and of BNSF units working on this railroad, but I have been unable to find more information about its trackage and the industries it serves

Thanks in advance.

Google Earth View/Historical Images shows that prior to 2009 that yard did not exist.

Looks like it serves an oil or chemical plant.

Newly installed switchs indicate that the tracks are going to be expanded upon, as well as a rail extension to the NE.

Traffic circles to the East indicate that there is alot going on there, no clue what that big airport like industry is to the East.
