wait for, post message

Hello guys,
I heard some of you saying about, a wait for and post message rule, which allows you decouple one loco and couple another one to the train,

so can you guys please tell me what rule to install in Ts2010 and how to use it?/

That is the command Wait for message and post message, both on the DLS. It is not a rule, its a driver command. First train post message and the second train waits for message. It does not matter what name or number you use, but both trains must use the same message. The driver names are not attached to that particular drivers name so can be used by any driver.
