voucher for 2010?

i'd thought that i'd got a voucher for EE when i purchased 2009 WBE, back when, but i don't see it in my voucher page?

my order number was:

Invoice number: 26468-425118-81903

-- did i buy after some time cut-off? i'd like to get the discount on this, and i've been waiting for EE as much as anyone else here. anyone else having this problem too?

i agree, but help desk log on kept doubling my password to something else and i wasn't able to log on at all. i'd enter mine, and it'd fill the password space with those little dots and tell me i was rude to log on without the right password.

and, in any case, what are friends for, if not to share and ask about stuff? maybe you didn't actually understand what i was talking about. that's ok.

you need to post this to the helpdesk and they will answer your question a lot faster than on here

Sorry mate, but as you posted your invoice number there is nothing we can do here, only Auran can sort that sort of issue.

i was thinking that someone else might check their invoice number and tell me when they'd bought 2009. it's possible the i bought it just at the end of the pre-period, and i really am more interested in finding out what's what in the world than just getting the discount. that's important too, but finding out how other people who are into trainz think is pretty important to me -- it helps me understand where i'm at and, also, how people relate to the site and each other, and what that might mean for understanding the reason trainz is made as it is, marketed as it is. it's kind of always a mystery, if you don't have enough info on something, to know what you're doing and why others are doing it too.
