GNdome55: I don't see the off-topicness either. It's a service/petrol station. The type of station wasn't mentioned in Retro's post.

Even Wikipedia says that "station" is commonly understood to mean "train station" or "railway station": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Train_station#cite_note-0.

Nevertheless, I will make sure that I specifically state "train station" next time the theme involves train stations. I will reclassify GNdome55's shot as a normal theme-following shot since the theme was apparently vague.

Your composition and sense of atmosphere are outstanding as always!
The Pan Am 727 with the exhaust effect was great.

Thanks too for all of those who voted for my entry.

The jet exhaust and vapour trails were some of the FMA Smoke on the fields splines set high into the sky. They look really convincing when flying aircraft through them.



I'm not too sure about the next competition. I haven't built a desert route.

I'll try to do something, but I'm struggling.

I'll be out in the wilderness one way or another!
