Toronto Line just before "service suspended" (I''ll tell you later why I chose that term) in early 1990.

The Toronto Line ? They still run cityrail bus services, that would be why it was "Suspended" correct?

Oops, just noticed that the title should read 620/720, not 620/7230 (mustn't have been feeling well as well!)

No, they don't run CityRail buses, but Toronto Buses runs a service on behalf of CityRail where CityRail tickets are valid.

And no the reason why I said "service suspended" or "out of service" is that the line is not officially closed, this even applies to lines that may be lifted. In NSW, you need an Act of Parliament to officially close the line.
