Video files causing slow recovery from Sleep Mode (Vista)

Recently noticed a Warning about this, information window shows what is seen below.
I swore I removed all the ATI files when I switched.
I should be on the latest or second latest nVidia driver.
How should I go about finding and removing these files?

Is there a new version of the Nasty File Cleaner available? I've used earlier versions of this to remove conflicting drivers for NVIDIA and ATI cards.
