Click Serial Number above, then fill in the form for whichever versions of Trainz you have installed.
If they are already registered, contact Helpdesk.

EDIT: Reason I'm checking is that neither of your accounts are showing registered versions - I advise you check up with Helpdesk on that one.
Also, please stick to using one acccount, as using two at the same time may result in one or both being banned.
