vic steam locos

I am from Vic Australia and i was looking 4 steam locos like the: J-class
K-class
4-8-4 H-class
R-class
And the 4-6-2 S-class

I had some of these in 2006 b4 I lost them and waited for 2009 to come out b4 I downloaded them again. Now that I have the game I can’t find any Vic locos or rolling stock.
Do the creators have to update the locos for 2009 b4 we can download them?

While I am here when I was building a layout the other day I realized that there is no dropdown box 4 the building in 2009 like industrial and housing can this still be done or do we have to go through the whole list looking for one thing?

VicTrainz has the Spirit of Progress so it probably has others. You have to register to find out and it can take a couple of days for your registration to be approved.
