New to Trainz. I just received Trainz 2010. I do not know all the track signals and what they mean.
Where can I find info on track side signals? Thanks Bob:(

Tabs

I have 2010 but have not had much time to look through it yet as I was completing a large UK route and have now begun the next section, both in 2004.
However, I should take a guess and advise you to look in the Tab with a bit of Rail on it while in Surveyor mode as the other versions kept sub-folders in there and one was for signals and all sorts of other handy things.
It will take you a while to get used to Trainz as it is quite complicated, so if you don't get on right away don't worry, the forum is here to help.
What I do with a new version is just to look around, poking and prodding various things to see what they do and what lives in dark corners, that way you will find all sorts of things you never expected.

And welcome to the Wonderful World of Trainz! You have just lost the rest of your life!!

Signalling systems vary considerably from country to country and in some cases even within the same country. As a fundamental example the signals are on the left of the track in the UK and Australia but on the right in the USA and Germany.

If you have a particular country, region, railway company and/or historical period that interests you, it might pay to concentrate on their specific signalling system at first. Don't ignore the additional possibility of researching real-world information using resources such as Google and Wikipedia.
