UTC to TC3

I have an old version of UTC and now have TC3. Is it possible to import layouts from UTC to TC3? Now I know some of you would say why would you want to do that but I have a layout my Grandchildren use which would be nice to have in TC3 without having to rebuild it. Similarly is Content importable?

Downloaded/created content, probably, might need some fixing of any errors CMP reports.
Thing is builtin content, I don't remember all UTC had but TC3 might not have the same builtins. If you used something builtin to UTC that TC3 doesn't have, then you would need to replace it with a custom item.
I don't have TC3 to compare to UTC lists from some CCGs.
