US speed limit signage.

I see that no one has responded to your request, but I wouldn't think that they would be too difficult to create. I'm involved with other things right now, but I may be willing to give them a go if I can find the time. Maybe some gracious creator will come along and get them done for you.
Mike

Hi Mike, there is no cause for worry. I appreciate your offer and would gladly accept. There is absolutely no rush at all. :)

Cheerio,
Nicholas.

Hi all.

Just curious, are there speed signs on the DLS or third-party site which resemble the ones in the following shot?

They can be found in Rail Simulator's Cajon Pass route.
The default ones provided look slightly oversized and awkward if compared to these.

Cheerio,
Nicholas.

Is this what you're looking for?:D

HP trainz has already used that style for Marias Pass.

Well not quite the same. Josef Pav's are a little over sized, in my opinion. Mine are 12" x 24" @. Josef Pav's appear to be at least 48" x 60" @ and his post is about the size of a railroad tie. Not to mention the color difference.

I was posting to the OP, your post's picture was not visible to me at the time because of the "Websense" blocker my work uses. Yours are much nicer.:)

Thanks Euphod. Now just to get busy and get them all finished. Going to be a lot to cover all of the speeds in 5 mph increments.

Nothing like a good.....

Nah, let's not go there!

back on-topic, @ bnsf50 - Are those speed signs available?

Thanks on the 3/8" bolts.

Whoa lets keep it clean.
Not finished yet, I just started building them day before yesterday. I'll post an update in the freeware section and in this post when they're on the dls. So stay tuned. We're leaving for Texas in a few weeks to stay with my daughter for the summer, so if I don't get them done before we leave, I'll finish them out there.

Hi all.

I'm very sorry I did not reply for so long. BNSF50, your signs are perfect. There is no hurry really so do relax, you're doing a fine job.

Sidetracking a little, I've seen it in other forums as well; what does OP stand for? From the context I'd presume it has something to do with the person who asked a question.

Cheerio,
Nicholas.

I don't normally nag content creators (in fact I believe this is a first) but if you could do these as Trainzbuild 2.4 and make a set that mounts left-of-track as well as default right-hand, I would be the happiest little route-builder around...

Andy ;)

I have made them all 31, 62 counting left and right hand versions. Note the word have. I had a few hours today to spend on them so have pretty much finished them up so will be uploading them this weekend.

Edit:
Derrmy if all you need is the 2.4 and the asset-filename "xxxxxxxx" , I can do that much. I'll be cdp'ing them with 06 though so I think you will have to have a registered 06 to download them. I just imangine that most everybody by now has 06, even though they still prefer to use 04.

Well I don't know when you'll get these signs. I just received 62 rejections in my email this morning, every sign, so it appears the upload facility is still stuffed up.

Glad to hear they're done. The freeware section of where, may I enquire? I'm sorry I haven't been around here of late; spent the last two weeks in Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh. ;) Thank you again for these signs bnsf50, they're top-notch.

Nicholas.
