upgrade obsolete kuids

This may have been covered previously, if so, I apologise for the post, and can you point me to the thread relative to the query?

I have downloaded a couple of layouts that I enjoy. The problem is that the Content Manger indicates that a number of kuids are obsolete or unknown.

how can I make them to use in the layout. I don't have the kuids on hand at present.

Obsolete means you have a newer version installed already.
Unknown means it can't be found on the DLS or installed. It might have come from a DLC package or a third-party site. Sometimes clicking on an unknown asset and selecting download may work.
