Upgrade a 2012 asset to 2019?

I recently bought a file from PaulsTrains and only afterwards realized it was for an older version of trains. I keep getting a missing dependencies flag when I try to load the file. apparently kuid:-10:172 is the problem.

no luck finding the kuid anywhere

any help?
