Update not possible

Hello Trainz-Fans,

i am very sad, because my Trainz Simulator 2010 Engineers Edition I can not update.When I start the game, a message is on the screen, "Your Trainz build is out of Date".OK, when i want to update ( I am using version 42763), the autopatcher downloads the files, then it abortes with error message.
What to do?
I am using WIN7 Prof, 32 Bit, AMD Phenom II X4 955, GeForce GTX 460 and 4 GB RAM.This system must be ok for good working with Trainz.I hope, you can help me, better you have a link for downloading and self installing the latest patch. Many thanks and many greetings from Munich/Bavaria,

about me me and my friend bought trainz but uses seprate accounts on forum so dont think i have no registered one

you have to registed your key to get the updates , and you haev not registed your key number , it does not show right next to you name...
where did you buy this game

Searching for patches...
Downloading patch file...
Unpacking patch file...
Failed to extract the patch archive.
Patching aborted.

So i wonder why...

Have you registered your serial number in your profile? as you are not showing as having version of Trainz at present and you need to do this.

Link to profile is at top left of forum.

Patches are available manually, see the announcements section you need the patch for your version build number.
