Hi Guys
I like to ask you if UP has bought many engines from different
companies
When I look at the Bailey live Webcam there is a heap of
Engines from HLCX and Some Engines color is Blue
with white front and bonnet

Those are more than likely just leased power. There is lots of leased power running around in either the lessors paint scheme or just patched out old schemes as well. This is pretty normal even these days.

You often see orange BNSF units traveling all the way from the Baalkin Oil fields, to Marcas Hook PA, on the CSX line to Baltimore MD

Well those units I talk about is stored on 2 tracks next to the track which
leads in to the work shop area.

You see them in the shops because locomotives have to have maintenance done every 90 or so days, and so even if UP is leasing the power, they would still need to service them.
