G'day Ron, I am missing this one as well, it is:-
bogey-2 <kuid2:67585:50455:2>
For <kuid2:67585:555:1> VR J class loco (oil) by robin_hoods
I would like to know where to find it too.

I have found that this bogy can be replaced by <kuid2:81997:50429:1>
