Hi toll,,, I have seen the answer to this but can`t remember where, the question is I have a unknown asset and I have found out it is a hedge, is there a way I can choose another hedge and replace the unknown one please?.

You would have to edit the route and find the missing asset (have "show missing assets" ticked) then find the location vis the red/orange outline box and place a new one. Then select delete missing assets. You can't bulk replace missing items.
What I have done sometimes is open the asset of the one I want to replace it with and add an obsolete for the missing asset kuid. After a DBR, launch the route and the new hedge should appear. Save the route and session and after exit revert the asset to the original.
What's the kuid? Asking as I let some members of TCWW have a test version of a hedge, which I hadn't uploaded to the DLS yet but may have been used? <kuid:425700:104324> just uploaded it just in case!
Was an attempt to create a hedge that didn't vanish from viewing at a distance.

Open the replacement asset and add an obsolete table with the kuid of the unknown asset. This should force the route to accept the replacement asset. Once the route and session are saved the routes kuid table should have accepted the new kuid. Revert to original the asset you added the obsolete table to. I know it has worked in the past.
