I have been a Trainz user since UTC. I have Trainz 2006 running nicely on my system. I bought Trainz 2009, installed it, and it crashed when I tried to run it.
I ran all of the diagnostics and everything looked good. I sent the crash report to crashreport@auran.com. I then posted a message with the support people. The support people said it was my system w/o even telling me what the crash report indicated. They were not helpful and did not seem to care.
So I asked how I could get a refund. They said to go to the online shop and read the rules. When I could not find the return/refund rules; I posted a followup message asking help to locate the return/refund process. Two days have gone by with no reply.
What gives? Up till now I have had great luck with Trainz and Auran. Why are they falling down now?
