Unable to use assets in TS12

Hi
I am using TS 12 when I try to download Locomotives like PB 15 and other assets, they show as pink in TS 12 main assets lists and I can't access them.
Is this because they are from older versions and aren't compatible?
How can access them so they can be used.

Maybe you are trying to access your downloads in the wrong place.

Everything has a place, like your question.
Try putting it in the right place i.e.
