Unable to register s/n for ts2012

windows Vista, service pack 2 intell i7 2.67 ghz. 3 gb ram
284 gb free space after installallation,

when I try to register my S/N I get the message "serial number not found"

I have checked the number 4 times, verifying against the S/N on the back of the manual, and re-installed trainz 2012, still gettin the same message

when the trainz diag ran everything passed.

I just recieved trainz 2012 10th anniveasary edition today (6-17-2011)

any help appreciated

You have to select "Trainz 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition" in the Product box when you register the serial number, not "Trainz Simulator 12".

I had the same problem. It took me 3 tries to figure that one out. This is not very intuitive. Perhaps N3V should make a note on their website or something to let people know when registering TS12 that there are really two versions - the Anniversary Edition and the regular one.
