I am unable to get to jointedrail.com, every time I try, it always gives me ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED when I type in "jointedrail.com" into the address bar on Google Chrome. It's been going on for a few days now. No idea what could be happening except for maybe some site maintenance that I do not know of.

Not sure, it loads just fine here and we've had purchases flowing in over the past few days as well no issue.
Maybe a DNS issue on your end or your ISP. This time at least, its not on our end.

I'm at a loss, I haven't been able to get on JointedRail for the past 18 hours or more. I have flushed the DNS cache, rebooted and I can get on any web site I try, but I still can't get on JR with either IE or Fire Fox. I have to assume it must be some thing on my end as there have been no post regarding this issue since the 24th.
After flushing the DNS at the command prompt I typed:
> nslookup jointedrail.com
Server: Unkown
Address: 192.168.1.1
***UnKown can't find jointedrail.com: Server failed

Checking "jointedrail.com" at 3 or 4 of the "DNS health check" sites online, they all say that the domain's name servers (ns1.jointedrail.com and ns2.jointedrail.com) "did not respond." Locally, I can reach the site, but if I try a "nslookup" querry I get the IP from a "non-authoritative" source, e.g., I'm getting the site's IP from a cached source.
It looks like something screwy is going on with the sites two "authoritative" name servers (which apparently share the same IP#, so if one is down the other probably is as well.)

Good morning, I'm going to bump this thread because I still can't get on JR. I just repeated the steps below with no change.
Edit: Correction: nslookup says jointedrail.com is a non-existent domain

Have you tried typing in www.jointedrail.com? I'll dig into this some more today and see what we can come up with.

There must be something wrong with my short cut to JR. I typed www.jointedrail.com in the address bar, a page came up with JR links, I clicked on one and I'm in. Too bad I'm too lazy to type three "W"s
