You need to edit the config.txt file of the asset - open for edit in Explorer and then double-click on the config.txt file to open in Notepad.
Look for the section called kuid-table. In that section, you should see items listed with kuid-numbers even if they are referenced with a name.
To repair this problem, my hunch says to delete logo-texture from the kuid-table and save the config.txt file. You then close the folder and submit the asset.
