Ultratreez taking ages to download

Learning... slowly!
I'm trying to download the content for the Truro - Penzance 1930's Branchline route.

The Ultratreez content is taking an absolute age to download. Short of buying a FCT (I simply don't have the disposable income for that sort of thing at the moment) is there any way to get them to download faster?

Cheers!

Major Reason Why I Have UltraScenery For T:ANE Freeware also available via Cloud Service for direct download and have zero interest in providing DLS Seasonal Freeware for T:ANE......
Just not a feasible solution as the files are enormous.......... Lesson Learned with the older content............

Okay, now I'm not able to download them at all. CMP goes through the whole 'searching' 'downloading' etc but then the bar just jumps up to the top in a few seconds before the box disappears, as if the job's done, but it's not. Other assets download fine as normal...

I had that with other assets as well... I found out the hard way I need to do stuff in tiny chunks, otherwise, T:ANE CM has a hissy fit.

Just in case....... Not trying to use that Route in TANE by any chance? as it's v5 SpeedTrees and they won't work in TANE

I had a route import as I've been importing content from TS12, which had the V5s as dependencies. The V5s downloaded but showed up with errors. The error message was something about an unsupported ST mesh version. I just deleted the faulty assets and that solved that issue for now...

I'm not trying to use it in T:ANE, no.

They're just really, really big. Turn on show file size in CM if you don't have that option enabled and you'll see what I mean, Alex. Some of the files are 80-plus MB in size.

But they are nice, really, really nice. :) But then again, I am a little biased, I have the First Class Ticket thingy and I have more then one computer so when Trainz is busy downloading, I go do stuff on my other computer.

I'm just happy there are some great TANE Speed Trees out there to use and not have to pay for a basic tree. I think the basic free, and pay for even heavier in terms of size and get a even better tree for those who needs that is a great idea. :) So, file size is part of the beauty I would say.

Linda, glad you like UltraScenery's approach which is the first ever for any Payware and semi-modeled after a competitor rail simulator...... Makes UltraScenery Payware Products very versatile for Route Building (since it is Payware Scenery in T:ANE) for those who can't afford the Payware or tend to be Freeware Only Asset Users and lack interest to support ANY Payware Producers.......

The Valued Customer Access Program Bonus Content is also a first to limit costs to consumers as there is NO NEED FOR 20 Payware Packages and then customer Payware Packages for individual needs........ Thing is, the "VCAP" Announcements are creating confusion which I semi-understand as again this is an entirely new concept to limit costs to UltraScenery Consumers............

Thanks all. I'm happy to take the hit on download time for the sake of quality products :)

Thank You for your due diligence obtaining the assets for TS12 as I understand the burden without a FCT and my deepest apology.
To Be Honest, the old content is not my most shining SpeedTree Content as I placed significant time behind the scenes during T:ANE Development to do better......
