Heyo,I'm back and I am trying to get my costom models or whatever into paint shed,like get a dash 8 or whatever or a SD70ACe but I dunno how to get it

Here is the Trainz Paintshed Customization Guide, hosted by Drucifer.

When you make mask templates, all colors must fit exactly the same place on each map. This seams to be a point of problem for people as there has only been one asset created to add to PaintShed in it's entire existence.

Yes you have to be pixel perfect in your positioning. I know' I've tried. That is why Whitepass gave up after a couple of items. It just isn't worth the hassle; far better to use more conventional paint packages and normal reskinning methods. Paul Hobbs' tutorials give quite a lot of guidance on this.
