what is the name icons(small on lower right corner)on status bar(content manager)?

like to know what it do and how to make it works or something to function normally.

give the list of icons that display on status bar of content manager(computer).

I'm not really sure what you're talking about here..

Arrows are pointing to the main parts of CM 3.2 (you have 2010 registered so I'm assuming that's what you're using). I don't see anything in the bottom right corner besides the asset counter. What is it that you're referring to?
