Is there a place someone can go to get tutors? Like one place where all tutors can be downloaded and printed. If not there needs to be,maybe a sticky here on the forum. What do you think?

Do you mean the Learning Centre? Even though they were intended for TRS2004, most of those tutorials still apply in later versions of Trainz.
