Tutorial ---- Turning it off?----- Trainz 2006

I noticed that the features outside the scope of the tutorial are nonfunctional in any layout that has an active tutorial. How does one turn off the tutorial so that all the layout features work normally? It was suggested I edit the session . I do not know what that means and it is not mentioned in the Trainz 2006 manual. All of the layouts with tutorials cannot be opened without the tutorial operating, and some of those have malfunctioning tutorial programs which render the whole layout useless.

I know about the helpdesk and I just re-posted this in the 2006 forum , Mabe I will get an answer there. I am new to the forum and am still figuring it out.
