Turn off junction names and red/green arrow displays when driving?

When driving trains, I know how to turn off everything but still cannot get it to turn off text on junctions: you still see the red/green arrow and the name of the junction which of course would ruin screenshots and videos you want to make.

So is there any way to turn off names of junctions and the red/green arrows on junctions when you're driving your trains. And now that I'm thinking about it how can you drive your trains if you do turn them off. My reasoning is to make screenshots and videos without that stuff in it.

Press "Ctrl+H", they will disappear.

Under Surveyor Options, place a "tick" in the "Limit Contextual Information" box.

CTRL+H is described as a "HUD help toggle" - didn't connect the dots and determine that was talking about junction names.
