Can an item, route, and/or session, etc made in Windows 7 be copied over to the Trainz Game in an XP computer?

Short answer yes

Long answer is that a route/session which perfroms flawlessly under 64 bit OS might struggle with limited RAM etc on a 32 bit OS.

But the short answer is still 'Yes'!
