TS2010 for $10 (US only)

Some good news to come with the time (hopefully not old news that I am repeating):

I was looking around a few different game websites for a game that I wanted to grab, and when I looked on Amazon I saw it for $12.50 (normally $50). I looked through the rest of the deals they had, and guess what I found (you can probably guess seeing as this is a TRAINZ forum, and the title)

There is also a lot of the DLC routes and equipment discounted.
TS2009 is also on there.

Unfortunately, I do not know when this deal ends. It might go on for a few days or it may only be for today (the 25th) in which case it ends in 55 minutes for me (EST), so if you have an extra $10 and don't have TS2009, TS2010, or some DLC, you may want to check this out.

Now, TS2010 or Mass Effect 2. Which will I pick to join ArmA 2...

Wow I just got the Trainz 2010 Deluxe Edition(U.S. Edition) for Christmas and I think they paid $50.Thats a good deal for $10

So the Steam version is not updateable, that is good to know as I was thinking of buying that !

I was thinking of getting that as an add-on to whatever version of Trainz I end up buying.

Unfortunately as someone posted, it is STEAM. If you are desperate to have it then you can get this, but if you want a full Trainz experience, look away. Also if you prefer a boxed copy, then this isn't for you (neither is Gamersgate or D2D of course).

However you can still get a boxed copy for $10 more (total of $20 USD) in 3-5 (or faster if you want to pay/have Prime) from TOPICS (off Amazon too).
BE WARNED: I read the reviews this time around (read before posting) and some people had posted problems with the Serial number, so buy at your own risk.

Murchison 2 on disk doesn't seem to be available from any of the normal UK/Europe suppliers. so the choice would seem to be a disk from Australia, which would take a long time and might get duty charged on it when it arrived or a digital download. So are all digital downloads the same?

2010 is available on disk for sightly less than the (European) Steam download price !

All digital downloads, and DVD editions, from the Auran website are the 'international' edition. This is the 'base' version that updates are created for.

Regional editions, which are released by publishers in those regions, may be different build versions, and as such may not have patches released at the same time as the 'international' release. Some patches are also released via the publisher's website.

Delivery of the disc from our distribution center will generally take between 3 days and 3 weeks from the shipping date (not the order date, can take a few days before it ships).

According to the picture on the Box that is a Just Trainz version, which also may have patching problems, also the further information says it's some kind of Gardening Simulator? Doesn't exactly inspire confidence! :hehe:

As far as I am aware the only sourse of TS:MURCHISON2 on disk is from TRAINZONE in New Zealand. Both DVD and digital download orders are generally processed and shipped same day.
I am not sure about christmas but, during the rest of the year, it can be as little as a week or so to Europe and the states.
