I don't have TS12... yet. But some good multiplayer routes that might/might not work in TS12: port ogden & northern, harbor master, bloomfield pass (?), just any fairly big route...

You might want to try the "Multiplayer" section of the forum, all the dudes hang out there. Oh and you'll need something called Teamspeak an all that stuff. But I won't go on about it.
